CAREFIELD PLEASANTON

I recently toured this community with my brother and am very impressed with how spacious and clean it is. I was greeted by a smiling staff and offered coffee and snacks while filling out a form. I then met with the Executive Director, who was very friendly and welcoming,. The staff were all very pleasant, and the room they showed me was a good size. Although I am not a fan of shared rooms with beds placed next to each other, she explained the benefits of having a roommate in a thoughtful way that gave me a new perspective. Eunice is extremely knowledgeable and clearly well versed in memory care. She also introduced me to the Med aid, who mentioned he has been with the company for over 10 yrs. which says a lot about the quality of the team. The dining room was a bit warm and crowded during dinner, but the residents seemed to be enjoying themselves. My brother and I will be discussing the pricing further with our sister. I am very impressed and would recommend this community.

My mother-in-law has been living at Carefield Pleasanton for over three years, and we continue to be impressed with the staff. Their communication with our family is excellent, and they are always caring, patient, and truly know how to bring joy to the residents, something that’s so important in a memory care setting. We can never thank you enough. Hats off to their amazing leader, Eunice, who leads a truly compassionate team - Narcy, Eddy, and Julie to name a few. The caretakers, activity staff, kitchen staff and even the housekeepers genuinely enjoy serving the community. That positive energy makes all the difference! I recommend carefield if you are in search of memory care facility.

As a visiting nurse who has worked many years in the local Senior Living and Memory Care communities, I must say, Carefield by far has the most AMAZING, hardworking staff and Incredible Leadership Team. The minute you walk in, it just feels like home. Their Culinary Director, Ron always has something fantastic cooking and I've never seen so many happy residents in one place. Julie always has the most creative activities and fantastic musical/entertainment going on, it makes my heart melt! All of the staff from the incredible caregivers and medtechs to their delightful front desk concierge, always have a way of making myself as an outside agency provider, residents, and families feel welcome and accommodated. Narci and Eunice work endlessly to lead their team and they continue to do a fantastic job with this beautiful community. Memory care can be challenging for everyone and this community not only makes you feel welcomed and heard, but also provides a monthly support group for their resident's families. We never feel alone and always have solutions for any challenges residents and families may be going through. I'm honored to get to help take care of their residents and wish that more memory care communities could emulate this one. This community is the BEST MEMORY CARE in the Bay Area. My wife arrived here on June 1 and of course the lamp has and they just requested that. I just feel a little bit patient and give her time to get acclimated by the second week. She was already making a wonderful adjustment. She got completely acclimated. I am very pleased with all the personnel there’s not one that I could say something bad about everybody has just been wonderful all the different personalities. I think it’s the right place for my loved ones to be. ❤️

From the moment you walk in the door you notice the difference in Carefield Pleasanton. The facilities are bright, inviting, lively, and extremely clean. There is a palpable sense of dignity, friendship, and community among the residents and staff that is contagious to visitors. I moved my mom to Carefield Pleasanton in February 2024 after 4 years in another place, and the difference in her care, treatment, and engagement is clearly visible in her attitude and health. There is always something happening here that builds a sense of community spanning live music, art, entertainment, current events, fitness, and games, which everyone participates at some level and seems to enjoy. Holidays and events are special, with residents and staff dressing up to celebrate the festivities with décor, entertainment, and wonderful creations from the kitchen. The daily menus from the kitchen are what you would find in a restaurant, prepared with care from behind a glass viewing wall for entertainment and every meal I’ve had there is flavorful, balanced, creative, and prepared with fresh ingredients.
