Caretel Inns of Royalton Eaton

I could list so many things that went wrong here for my mother. I will mention one thing and you can get the just of it all. My mom woke up in the middle of the night with a man sitting in a recliner next to her bed while she was sleeping. He was a patient there too! I will mention the worst food on the planet also! The best thing about our experience there was meeting with the lady in charge Heather. She was very concerned and caring about what happened and was so professional. I really appreciate that alot since we had such a bad experience. Thank you Heather!😊

My father in laws room was disgusting. I had came in several times to actually clean his room. I would leave things to see ifcthey cleaned for a month food layed on his floor. Do better

We love Caretel! Mom has been to their facility two separate times over the span of 8 years, and their care was the best! The staff are caring and very personable.

We visited a neighbor to celebrate her 104th birthday. The staff is very caring. Our neighbor is very well cared for. The location is very warm & friendly.

I was extremely impressed with this facility. Very clean, organized and lots of activities for the residence. By far the nicest assisted living place I have ever seen.
