CARIAD AT NORTH BROOK

As a resident here, I would say I am very comfortable and the staff is wonderful and they take care of my every need. I always pictured assisted living as boring but I was wrong.

Being a resident at Cariad, I have to say the staff is excellent. We have plenty of activities and outings. The housekeeping and medication administration are a big plus! Cassandra does an amazing job with laundry.

My dad has been very happy at Cariad Northbrook for the past three years. The biggest reason is the staff! They have low employee turnover (which is rare) and staff that really seems to value the residents (even more rare).

Cariad at North Brook has been an excellent place for my mom. The employees and residents have been so welcoming and the smaller environment has been perfect for my mom. I am always greeted with a smile and a friendly "Hello". Everyone is so friendly and they all treat my mom with the utmost respect!! Thank you all!!

We moved my 81 year old sister-in-law from a independent living setting in Memphis, TN to the Cariad at North Brook. Before moving her here we searched long and hard to find a setting that had a home like atmosphere and could provide the assistance that was needed. The Caridad has met every expectation. The staff is friendly, caring and on the spot when assistance is needed. they treat their residents as if they are family. In a recent incident they were able to assist in the admission to a Rehabilitation Hospital and the Executive Director followed her while she was in the hospital. As a retired Hospital Administrator/CEO I highly recommend any family member who is in need of of assistance in a residential setting to to consider the Cariad at North Brook.
