The director is always in his office playing his nintendo switch. He would rather go to Walmart or dollar general and buy food for the residences then use USFOODS. The only reason he can't use USFOODS is because he is months behind on bills.

My aunt will celebrate her four‑year anniversary this November in dementia care at Carillon Oaks, and our family couldn’t be more pleased. Initially, I was hesitant to move her into care, but touring their new facility immediately eased my concerns. The staff are exceptional—attentive, compassionate, and highly trained—supporting her with daily routines like bathing, dressing, and medication management. While her dementia has progressed and she’s not as active as she once was, she continues to receive consistent, loving care in a comfortable, secure setting. The team adapts to her evolving needs with dignity and respect, which gives us real peace of mind. My wife has been a resident at Carillon Oaks for more than a year now. The management and staff have always been extremely helpful and have taken very good care of her. The facility is always clean and the meals are very good. I could not be happier with the way that they treat her and all of their residents and highly recommend Carillon Oaks.

My mother has been a resident for a couple months. At first she spoke of the time when she would return to her home. Well, at the time of this writing she is in the hospital following a knee surgery. Her motivation? She is working hard so she can get back to Carillon Oaks!!! The staff is so patient and caring. The constant activity keeps her mind busy and seems to have slowed her cognitive decline. The facility is well staffed and well maintained. The peace of mind we get from knowing she is safe and well cared for is priceless!!
