Pam Sutton & the Caring Country Cottage were an answer to a prayer! My mother-in-law was able to spend the remaining time with us at her “Home Away From Home”. The staff & residents became like family, and for this I am grateful! 🙏 We were very fortunate & thankful to have had an opportunity to be surrounded by so much love & compassion! To the wonderful team at The Cottages, I wanted to take a moment to express my family's deep gratitude for the incredible care and love you gave my Nana during her final days. She truly adored being there, surrounded by your warmth and kindness. It was more than just a place to her—it was home, exactly where she wanted to be. The compassion, patience, and dedication of your staff made all the difference, not just for her but for our entire family. Knowing she was so well cared for and truly happy brought us comfort during a difficult time. Thank you for everything you do, and for making her last days full of love and dignity. We will always cherish the care you provided and the kindness you showed her.

I feel so blessed to have discovered Caring County Cottage and Pam Hixon almost ten years ago. My father was a resident and lived to the age of 102. NOT an easy man to please, and HE LOVED Pam and her staff like family. In 2022 my sister became a resident and also loves CCC. I feel at ease traveling for work knowing that she is cared for. The physical building is beautiful, and the staff is well trained. I trust Pam and her staff 110% with the care of my sister. I wish I had known her 25 years ago for my mother.

My husband received wonderful, attentive and loving care from the nurses and staff at Caring Country Cottage. They gave him his medication and fed him three cooked meals a day. He felt loved and at home there. He was at peace there and I could tell he was happy. I will forever be grateful for the loving care he received. Every time I visited the atmosphere was positive and he enjoyed being involved.

When we were looking for a place for my mother, a friend of mine told me about Caring Country Cottage (CCC). At the time our mother was living in a facility in Pearland. We went to visit CCC and just loved the quiet surroundings and the ratio of aide to resident. The residents are not left alone at any time and the staff is loving and patient. They all treated our mother with respect and dignity. When she passed away from the consequences of her illness, the staff was as heartbroken as we were. So if you are looking for a place for your loved one, go there. It feels like home.
