I couldn’t be more satisfied with the care and warm environment provided at Caring Hands Assisted Living for my Grandmother! From the moment we stepped into this facility, we felt absolutely confident that our loved one was in the best possible hands. The staff and owners go above and beyond — they are genuinely compassionate, attentive, and treat every resident with respect. The home-like atmosphere, personalized care plans, and delicious meals make this place feel like a family, and it’s clear that the team truly cares about each individual’s comfort, happiness, and wellbeing. My mom spent three weeks in the hospital, after nearly dying. We knew we needed to move her to a specialized care home because she needed what is called "total care," that we were unable to provide at home. When my mom left the hospital, the doctors didn't expect her to regain much (if any) of her faculties. My sister and I toured a handful of facilities, and we both felt really good about Caring Hands. Birpal and Charan are lovely, responsive, organized, very hands-on/proactive with establishing care and medication management, and truly care about their residents. My sister and I don't live locally (she's in LA and I'm in NY) and Birpal would send regular updates and photos, which were very reassuring. They bring in different activities for the residents, the food is all home-cooked, and the facilities are well maintained. My mom even had her own bathroom! After about a month and a half there, mom physically recovered enough to be able to come home, which again, we didn't think she would ever be able to do! When she left the hospital she was bed ridden, zero strength/mobility, and mentally incoherent/barely verbal. The physical recovery she made under the care of Birpal and her team was truly astounding, and she's continued to improve and recover mentally since then- all of which would not have been likely if we'd moved her to one of the other care homes. We are so incredibly grateful to Birpal and everyone at Caring Hands for making every step of this painful experience as smooth as possible; thank you!!

Caring Hands has been a true blessing at the right time. Finding the right care for a family member can be daunting, especially when there are a lot of health issues. The owner and staff here are exceptional. The family member we placed is a retired nurse with very high standards for her own care. She feels safe, well cared for, and heard by the staff and owner. In two months time at Caring Hands, she is enjoying the best health she has had in quite a few years. It is very reassuring to know that our family member is in such great hands around the clock. We have been very impressed by the care and would highly recommend Caring Hands to anyone looking for a safe and friendly home for an elderly family member.
