CARING HEART II

Checking in my son the registration check-in lady were very rude. Talk to me in a disrespectful manner for no reason started off with. I can’t find your information I had to ask to be helped by somebody else just because. I couldn’t deal with her attitude so if you want somebody with an attitude to help you, why you have a sick kid then come here!

Very bad experience with the front desk person who talked to me on my phone today. I called today at 11:35 am to switch my provider. I was on phone with the lady for 39 mins, and each time she was putting me on a long hold and asking the same question she already got the answer for. She scheduled my appointment with Dr. Belcher for 01/30/2026, 08:30 am and said to me she accept new patients and Anthem Blue Cross HMO plan. When she was putting me on hold for the last time, the automatic survey question came up and the phone line disconnected. She didn’t give me a call back to let me know either the switch is successfully done or any more info is needed. I called on 01:32 pm again just to make sure my appointment is scheduled and everything is good, a front desk person with the name Gel asking me the same info I was already asked and later on telling we can’t accept your insurance as we are not contracted with Anthem Blue Cross-Medical. I told her the person I talked to her before accepted my insurance and scheduled my appointment, she said I don’t know for that. Very unprofessional. I spent my 58 mins on both calls for nothing.

I want to thank Dr Niazi-surgeon and the outpatient staff Debbie-registration,Birdu-pre-op,and theresa and stephen-recovery for taking wonderful care of me on 12/23/24 during outpatient surgery and kudos to the anesthesioligist that put asleep ive had a few surgeries and my wake up was the easiest this time. You are all wonderful and kind! Grateful! You guys are so wonderful and kind! From start to finish i felt safe and confident in making this a smoothe and easy process for the patients. Waited 4 months for a follow up appointment and was ready with some concerns and the development of chronic pain. Upon arrival I was told the doctor was done for the day and I had been called to reschedule my appointment. I only have a message confirming the appointment. I was then told I could be seen before or after a different appointment next week but I cannot take 4 hours off work when I already took off work today. I was then told I could go to their clinic across town and it would be the same. Very disappointed and will now have 2 more weeks to wait and see if this next appointment will be cancelled while I sit in chronic pain.

Incompetent staff. My doctor ordered medication from March 20, 2024. I still don't have the medication now, and it's June 26, 2024. Optum mail order pharmacy said they faxed this office 3 times to verify the dosage and never heard back from Dignity Health office. The pharmacy canceled the Rx. The staff here denied they ever received fax from the pharmacy. Either their fax needs to be replaced or the staff should be replaced. Not worthy of respect. DIGNITY - the state or quality of being worthy of honor or respect.
