Caring Hearts Assisted Living Ii

Did a tour with Brittney since I was trying to find a place for my mom. I loved the place and it has a great atmosphere and the workers are lovely. When I go and see my mom she is always happy and tells me about the new friends she has made.

Had a great experience meeting with the owners and learning about the facilities and the services provided. Super nice staff across the board who take great care of their residents in a supportive environment while having some fun along the way in putting on events during the holiday season. Would 10/10 recommend!

This place is by far one of the best I’ve been to. Being from California and moving to Idaho I wasn’t sure what to expect here. Out of all the places, caring hearts was the cleanest and had the nicest staff. I was able to tour all the buildings and see what beautiful places they have. The new owners were very friendly as well as their office staff! This is the best option for my family! Also, we went around Christmas time and the trees are beautiful!

I wanted to take a minute and express how amazing this facility and the new owner is. I take my therapy dogs there as well as my homeschool co op kiddos and they are always welcoming. This facility is always clean, neat and organized. Due to having therapy dogs I visit a lot of businesses around town and Caring Hearts is far above the rest!! The residents are so kind, staff are always around and responsive to them. I would absolutely place my loved one here without a concern or worry.

My mother has been living at Caring Hearts for 3 1/2 years. The love, kindness and compassion that the staff shows to my mom is incredible. They know her and the truly love her. Whenever I have a questions or need something, Alice responds to me right away. She resolves any concerns or issues that may arise immediately. The meals are wonderful and well balanced. Everyone here is friendly and kind.
