My mother is in the best hands possible!!! We feel so blessed to have discovered this sanctuary!! Every single caregiver has a heart of gold!! Mom has so many lovely conversations with staff members and residents! Leaving her home of 68 years has not been easy for her; but, everyone has made things so wonderful and easy for Mom and us kids!!

We have an AMAZING new family at Charter of Mequon! First of all, please DISREGARD ALL reviews from a year ago and beyond before it became Charter of Mequon. Charter took over around March of 2024 and really turned this place around. It's unfortunate that the negative experiences of the building from past management still seems to haunt the reputation, so please don't let these comments affect your opinion before you visit, tour, and experience the warm and inviting environment of not only the building, but the staff, or as I said earlier, our new family. We would never have our mom move in to a new home that we didn't fully vet and compare to all the others in the community. Please do your homework, for many residents here have moved from others in the community and are enjoying life again. Major "thank you" to Wayne, Emily, Juan, Ayriana, Evan, Mary, Kenny, Kasi, Lindsay and everyone who touches our mom's daily life. The larger, more "popular" facilities in the area do not compare to this more intimate and personal approach to senior living. It's like the Three Bears....this one was way too big, this one was way too small, but THIS one is JUST right! Our mom's apartment is very spacious, the food is delicious and customized to what the residents request, and the personal attention to everyone is very special. When you know someone who needs more stimulation, socialization and assistance with daily living, please take a look at Charter of Mequon. You're eyes will be opened.

The staff here is amazing. So much quality personal care for our mom! Moving her out of her home for 69 years was a very difficult decision for our family until we found until we found Charter Senior Living of Mequon. The bigger, busier facilities in Mequon are beautiful too, but not a good fit for our mom who would probably feel lost there. Here she has flourished, making new friends and engaging in life again. Her room was furnished with bran new appliances, bathroom , carpeting or venal flooring- our choice The food is wonderful with the the chefs always looking forward to and making any requests from the residents along with there own unique specialties . Nurse Amy on staff is always receptive immediately for any care questions or concerns as they arise. I highly recommend Charter for anyone looking for a new home for a loved one.

I am a current resident at Charter Senior Living of Mequon. The staff go out of their way to answer questions and assist us. I suggested a movie outing and the Director immediately set up the trip. The food is ordered and prepared by a top flight chef. If you are looking for a care facility for yourself or a loved one, I recommend you come on over and experience the Charter way!

Best place for your loved ones to reside!! Janet is such a wonderful sweet person, She’s pleasant to talk to for anything, she’ll be the one helping you place your family in the best hands!! 🙌 You’ won’t have to worry at all the staff is wonderful and so helpful! 😉 Apartments are so beautiful and remodeled.
