My father-in-law's very happy here, they took good care of him, and I was glad I could work out a deal that I could afford. That being said they do raise the rent every year which makes it harder and harder for us to afford. Other than that I'm very happy with the place.

My mom lived at Laguna Estates for 1-1/2 years, from the ages of 100 to nearly 102. The people at Laguna Estates are genuinely caring. They are also very professional and gave my mom excellent care. I will be forever grateful that we found Laguna Estates for her to live at in her final years. She had a group of good friends and a nice apartment. She went to the exercise classes, and was one of the best in the class. She participated in many of the other activities there, and we often ate together in the beautiful dining room. She passed away on Sept. 21, 2024. Thank you, Laguna Estates! You made her final years exciting, fun and safe for her. For anyone looking for a caring, professional assisted living community, I highly recommend Laguna Estates.

It's impossible to overstate how wonderful the care is at Laguna Estates. After touring several senior living facilities in the area (eight), I chose Laguna Estates for my 90 year old father. Placing your loved one in a senior living facility is a difficult decision and a bit of a leap of faith. However, the staff at Laguna Estates is what makes this facility so special. The level of care and compassion is unsurpassed. The strong leadership imposed by the Director, Wes Lavender, influences the overall experience. The attention to detail is incredible and leaves the family with the peace of mind that their loved one is well cared for at all times. I am extremely grateful to Laguna Estates and all of the staff for the care my father receives.

To be fair our loved one unfortunately did not get the chance to experience living here so my review is strictly about management and intake staff. This facility has shown my family such kindness, patience, determination, & professionalism during a three month ordeal trying to get our family member to them. Laguna Estates have proven to be honest and compassionate. So much so, that their actions actually shocked and blew us away in the greatest of ways. It's not all about the money here! We are so in love with this facility, that we intend to hand out cards and tell anyone who may need a safe place for their family member.

I am very happy to be a resident at Laguna Estates,. That staff is very friendly and competent. I have enjoyed meeting a variety of new friends. The facility is very casual. Activities are abundant – exercise classes, swimming, putting, no cost blackjack and poker, and more to keep busy. The food is provided in a non-assigned seating, large restaurant setting – very tasty and again very casual. Food is available all day and into the night. I toured several other assisted living facilities before choosing Laguna Estates--I made the right decision.
