The people running this place have put up illegal and fake signs to try and prevent people from parking at the facility. They have a fake fire lane sign at the end of the road and illegal towing signs on the side of the building even though it is a public street. They have attempted to intimidate me with threats of towing my car if I park in front of the building.

The care that my loved one received here was second to none I never had a moment of apprehension at all the staff is knowledgeable and their bedside manner was unmatched…as we age our parents age so knowing they are in loving and caring hands..I’ve already recommended this place to several of my peers…10/10

The best place ever. They are very carrying and experienced. Beautiful and safe home with very good communication. My father lives at Carmel Oaks Assisted Living. He was under weight when I took him over there. But, after all the good care, he gained some weight and he looks happy and healthy. Thank you so much Carmel Oaks team.

It’s been a tough year, but nothing has brought my family and I more peace of mind than having our grandmother being taken care of by the staff here. Their communication and care for her has been beyond amazing. The people who work here go above and beyond for their patients. We truly appreciate it. Thank you so much!

My mother was in this facility for 5 months and as time progressed we realized it was a very poor environment for multiple reasons. We would never recommend this place to anyone: safety concerns, haphazard care, and ultimately, no real concern for her welfare. These people do not have the requisite knowledge or skill set to be running a board and care home for the elderly. They present well on the surface, and seem caring, but ultimately my mother became afraid, bullied by a caretaker, very unhappy with the food and psychologically miserable. When we suggested the caretaker was completely unacceptable, and things needed to improve (such as wear a mask due to covid) they blamed my mother for being the cause of the problems, taking no responsibility for their actions and inactions, of which there were many. In the course of 5 months, 2 other residents came and left within two weeks each, and there was a turnover of three caretakers, none of whom were at all suitable. Fortunately, we found an excellent location to take her to and the change is dramatic. This place should be closed down.
