Five star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for sure. I have been for more than one and half year in El Camino Real Apartments. The Complex was always very calm and clean. The office manager Mrs. Anca was very friendly and cooperative and as well as Mr. Ruby was very kind, fast and supportive in terms of maintenance issues. I recommend this complex for my friends.

I've lived here for a few yrs... and management has changed a few times. Maintenance workers have changed a few times also. Maintenance requests are done quickly. It's a quiet complex. No problems, I like living here. The only thing that isnt great is the jacuzzi, it's been broken for over a year. But that isnt a necessity. The current management is a very nice woman that is on top of her job. Maintenance is great as well.

Management is openly rude towards tenants, and the office is only open during random hours of the week, despite claims to the contrary. Repair requests go months without attention, and they close out maintenance requests in their own system without issues actually being fixed. Maintenance staff started flicking my breakers with no concern for my electronics, and I was blamed even though the breakers were clearly labelled. I was also given a written warning for unauthorized tenancy even though we had done everything to follow managements requests. Rents continue to be increased while basic amenities are unavailable. Changes are made with zero input from tenants. An example of that is the company servicing the washing machines was changed, and payments changed, without notice or input from tentants. It is now impossible to use without a data connection. When problems mount, management is changed, responsibility is denied, and tenants are blamed.
