My mother has dementia and has been here for 7 years. The Carnelian is an exceptional care home. Mom had been in several other places and as her dementia increased, and therefore her need for care, we went looking and were fortunate to find the Carnelian. Coming here was like joining a loving, extended family. They treat their caregivers well so they stay and you don’t have to keep changing caregivers. The rooms and grounds are lovely and the food truly delicious. Having mom here gave me back my life and mom has been happy here. Even now as she is completely bed bound we couldn’t ask for better, more compassionate care. The world needs more Carnelians! Everyone should be so well cared for!
