CAROL ANN'S HOME INC

My Mimi had been in a few different nursing homes before she was moved to Carole Anne’s back in 2018. recently there had been a shift in her guardianship when her oldest daughter passed away. Carol Anne was very patient and willing to work with us as we were trying to figure out things when it came to her guardianship etc. This place is definitely different than most nursing homes where the place smells like urine and everyone has a huge communal area. Carole Anne’s is cozy and homey and reminded me of the times I would visit Mimi and my grandad at her home. Recently Mimi passed away but Carole Anne’s home took very good care of her till she took her last breath. Thank you Carole Anne’s for taking good care of my Mimi while she was there.

I left a post on an another location. Beware. Management is horrible. No empathy whatsoever. Carol Ann acts like she doesn’t know anything about what’s going on. Elizabeth the manager is rude and when she says she will call you back, she won’t. It’s hard enough finding good care for my dad but I’m glad I dodged this bullet because these people are disgusting. The nurses were nice, but that’s about it.

My family will be eternally grateful for the care that Carol Ann's Home provided for our mother. The entire staff is warm and compassionate, and truly made our mother feel like she was at home. The activities keep the residents engaged. This is not just an assisted living facility, this is a HOME!!! I strongly encourage anyone that is looking for a place for their elderly loved one to look to Carol Ann's Home as they take AMAZING care of their residents.

Carol Ann's Home is a great place for your elderly mom or dad. It's a small intimate environment where everyone is treated like family!!! There is a high level of owner involvement in the daily operations which you will not get at a large facility, great staff to patient ratio and a low staff turnover rate. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking care for their loved one.

Met Carol Ann and really liked her from the first moment! She is very caring and kind. You can tell that the homes that she runs offer a great environment for senior living in San Antonio. As my parents get closer to the age of looking into assisted living centers - we are considering Carol Ann's Home first on the list!
