SPRING OAK LEXINGTON

I toured the facility and was really impressed with the staff and facility. It was not at all what I expected in a good way. LaSonya was so kind in showing us the room and amenities. My parents decided that it was not the right time for them to move in. LaSonya was so understanding. Hopefully if the circumstances change, we will be able secure a spot there!

My family and I had dealt with my father’s passing recently and he was my mother’s caregiver. We had searched throughout the Lexington area to find a facility that would meet my mother’s needs as well as my father’s expectations. Spring Oak exceeded our needs. The staff throughout has been a blessing to both Mom and the family. We would highly recommend Spring Oak to anyone wanting excellent caregivers.

My Mom has been a resident at Spring Oak since October of 2021. She has always received excellent care. Just recently she spent 3 months in and out of the hospital and rehab. I was elated to get her back to Spring Oak last month. Happy to say she is thriving in her environment.

Spring Oak has been absolutely wonderful, from moving my friend into the community to meeting all of her needs every day. All of the staff are exceptional, everyone speaks to you when they see you, staff gets to know you and your family member and the communication about your family member is concise. The staff is very supportive and helpful in navigating this part of life for you and your loved one. I feel very confident that I chose the right community for my friend. She enjoys living in this community, she loves the shopping trips, trips to restaurants and the other activities they have scheduled. She is well taken care of and loved in this community and for that I am grateful.

Spring Oak is absolutely a delightful place to have your relative come to stay temporarily. Ashley, and Rachel do a fantastic job running the activities programs. Rachel’s last day will be Wednesday and she will be dearly missed!
