CARRIAGE COURT OF HILLIARD

Lena is always very friendly and greets me and my wife by name whenever she sees us, whether she is working the front desk or the floor. She is appreciated.

My father has been at Carriage Court in Hilliard for over a year and we’ve had such a positive experience. The staff have been excellent, including Amira, who goes out of her way to take extra special care of him. The food is outstanding. The staff has also been very responsive in regard to any concerns that we have about dad’s care. I definitely recommend this care facility.

My sister moved in about one month ago. We are so pleased with CC Hilliard and everyone is so kind. Zachary, plant operations director always goes above and beyond to be helpful and to get things done in a timely manner. Amira, care partner has been so incredible and helped us in so many ways. She is an asset to CC. Big thanks so Monica Coffey, Executive Director and Damion Sanders for making my sister and our family feel welcome and always being willing to answer questions. We can’t thank CC enough for being part of my sisters family. Great job CC.

My mom moved in at the beginning of the month! It has been a blessing to have the reassurance of our mom in such a nice place and in such a great location! The staff is amazing and so welcoming! They are always available for any needs we may have and they have made the transition for our mom very easy! She feels so safe and loves her room and the facility! They had a wonderful Easter brunch celebration this month! Zach helped us so much with television issues we were having and was able to fix our entire issue! Thank you Zach!!!! Damion has been a kind face since the first time we toured the place and I can’t say enough good things about Monica! Scottie goes out of his way to make my mom feel comfortable and she talks about him often! Thank you Carriage Court for welcoming us into your facility❤️

My mother has been at Carriage Court for nearly 3 years. In that time we've received really good care and attention. Like any assisted living facility they have challenges but what I'll say is this; each time I brought something to the attention of the leadership they have addressed it to my satisfaction in a timely manner. I specifically want to mention the high level of care from Monica, Sherry, Zach and Amerah! Thanks to each of you for caring for my mother in a way that honors both her and me. Thanks.
