Carriage Crossing Senior Living

My parents have been living here since Oct of 2023 as my mom was the primary caregiver for my father who has Parkinson's and was no longer to adequately care for him on her own. We had toured the facility in March of 2023 knowing that at some point they would need additional care and knew right away this is where we wanted our parents. We have been so incredibly happy with the Carriage Crossing family: management, employees, fellow residents, and visitors. Is everything perfect? No. But the cleanliness, friendliness, and exceptional care are outstanding and I truly believe they are trying to be even better. We've seen lots of incredible staff leave, but have also welcomed new staff that are trying to keep CC a great facility! My mom recently passed away unexpectedly, and the love we have felt from CC has been a blessing to our family. We know dad is getting the care he needs and deserves and cannot thank CC enough for everything these past 2 1/2 years. The socialization activities keep my dad engaged and having PT on site helps facilitate easy access for my dad to have PT. Dad continues to have good/bad days but the staff universally watches out for him and given that I am 800 miles from him, that alone provides me comfort and reassurance that he is in the right place. ~ Thank you!

The facility is clean and sparkles with love. The staff is exceptional and caring. What strikes us, the family of one of the residents, is how happy and joyful the staff is. They truly enjoy working here. Our mother is blessed to be at Carriage Crossing of Arcola and we praise God for the loving care she receives.

Carriage crossing is an amazing place for the next step in life. Not only do all staff help you feel at home, they also go above and beyond to make sure your every needs are met. This is a beautiful place and has the best kitchen crew!

I rarely do this social media “stuff” but when I see, and get to know, an organization that deserves a good review, kind words and public recognition, I feel compelled to say something. I frequently volunteer at Carriage Crossing Assisted Living in Arcola. My family has had significant experience in the use of assisted living facilities from Colorado to South Carolina and, over the past 15 years, I’ve spent a great deal of time with my family members while they were residents of these facilities. As a matter of fact, I have family members and very dear friends who are residents of Carriage Crossing in Arcola. I can say unequivocally that the staff and management at the Arcola facility are among the best I’ve ever met and gotten to know in any of the assisted living facilities I’ve visited country wide! That’s one of the reasons I delicate my time, energy and effort as a volunteer there! Thank you Carriage Crossing Arcola for everything you do for your residents and for the loving care you provide.

I recently toured Carriage Crossing and was very impressed with attention to detail that went into the design and construction of this beautiful facility. I was able to stay for lunch and it was wonderful. I got to catch up with some long time customers and am glad they get to live in such a nice place! Their meeting room just off the dining room looks like the perfect place for local businesses and groups to hold meetings.
