Would not recommend this place based on our experience. Was told apt would be available in one week. Then told it would be two weeks. Management never returned calls to confirm. Asked for owners name and contact information and finally got return call saying there was never going to be a place. Now searching for another place. Waste of time to consider this business.

This place is a hidden gem! My Mom loves her apartment, it’s spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly, professional and take excellent care of my Mother. Most importantly, the food is AMAZING! Highly recommend.

This place assisted in an illegal transfer of POA and held my mom there against her will , without her rights or ability to have a voice. They committed themselves to constant harassment, negligence and character defamation. No one who works in the office is qualified or decent. This place needs to be investigated and shut down. Absolutely a nightmare situation full of incompetence and negligence.

A family member of mine had a good friend staying here, and it ended up being a very negative experience. The Director at that time was very deceitful and not willing to meet with us. We were also never able to make contact or even find out who the actual owner of the Carriage House is. They try to stay hidden and won't respond if there's an issue. Before placing a loved one with this place, I woud demand to know who the owner is, what their contact information is, and contact them to confirm

Our Mother has been a resident at Carriage House Assisted Living since the end of last year. I can’t imagine a more compassionate and caring staff than they have here. From the top down everyone is extremely professional, while making the residents feel “at home” and keeping them safe (particularly during this pandemic). As a family we are comforted in knowing that there is a facility like this.
