As The Promise AC and Refrigeration, we’ve had the privilege of working with Carriage Inn Katy and can confidently say they take excellent care of their residents. Speaking from experience, whenever there's an issue with an AC system, they make it a top priority to get it fixed quickly so residents don’t have to be uncomfortable for long. Their commitment to comfort and well-being is clear in how they treat everyone—with the utmost respect. Carriage Inn is a beautiful, well-kept facility, and it’s always a pleasure working with such caring people. Tony and Bill, who oversee the air conditioning needs, are some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet—professional, responsive, and genuinely kind, just like the rest of the staff.

Our mom lived at Carriage Inn for 8 wonderful years, and it was truly a great experience for her and for our family. She loved being part of the community—especially the social activities like happy hours, weekly card games, and fun field trips that kept her active and engaged. The transportation service was a big plus, allowing her to stay independent even without a car. We always appreciated the kind, attentive staff who stayed in touch with her and were ready to help whenever she—or we—needed anything. The well-kept grounds provided a peaceful spot for relaxing. We're grateful she had such a warm, welcoming place to call home.

A wonderful community in Katy! The staff are wonderful, caring and passionate about what they do- which is helping giving seniors the care they need while improving their quality of life. The activities are fun, engaging and purposeful! The food is good. The caregivers are friendly and attentive. The nurse and RCC in AL/MC are easy to work with, communicate well and are collaborative with families. The residents always seem happy when I visit. Would recommend touring for yourself!

My grandfather has been at Carriage Inn for a couple years now and our experience has been a positive one. The staff are friendly and communicative. They made what could have been a difficult transition much easier. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents and in my experience have always been helpful. It’s a breeze to go and visit, the check in process takes all of two minutes so no real hassle. One real standout aspect we’ve enjoyed as a family is how much effort they put into creating lively and engaging events. We have had the opportunity to go to ice cream socials, Easter egg hunts, and Christmas parties. I feel the environment really helps create a sense of general community. Overall, it’s just a huge peace of mind to know my grandfather is surrounded by good folks.

My dad has lived at Carriage Inn for about 3 years now. We dragged him there kicking to move in but shortly after moving in he tells us it was the best decision and loves it there. It allows for great independence for him and the comforts of being around his peers with activities to keep him busy, transportation to appointments, help with keeping his just right size apartment clean and a dining room with good well balanced food so he does not have the hassle of cooking. Carriage Inn has been blessed with an amazing staff over the years that does a wonderful job interacting with the residents and caring for their independent well being.
