Staff are so kind and helpful. They checked in on my grandma before lunch to make sure she remembered to go. Lots of activities and bright, clean spaces and rooms! She's in great hands here.

They told me my dad would be placed at a certain day all the paperwork was done we picked a room. My family and I were so happy he’d be going there he’s 84 with dementia. I called the day before he was to go in and was told they were not taken him because he was declining too fast and had too many ER visit which he was always released that day or the next. They said their mind was made up. Ok I know people in there in worse shape than him. So what’s the real reason? Because he’s on medicad? They never even suggested a shared room. When we met with admissions person and asked about the deposit and reminded her he was on medicad. The person said oh that’s right you don’t pay a deposit. My dad was put on long term care so I could get paid to take care of him . Yes he has declined but he can feed himself walk with a walker . He just needed help with getting into the shower and sometimes dressing things he didn’t want me doing as his daughter. When I first contacted them they assumed it was private care. Until I mentioned Medicad Well you know what they say about ASSUMING. I will Never recommend this place to anyone. My DAD is better than this place and they don’t deserve to have him.

Once you enter through those front doors, you will always be greeted with a smile and “hello!” from the staff. I’ve had the opportunity to see the transition from AL to Memory care, and everyone there has done a phenomenal job at making it feel like home. The staff here will always go the extra mile for your loved ones!
