CARROLL'S RESIDENTIAL CARE

Called 8 times because one of their residents has been harassing us at our residence everyday now and every single neighbor which is problematic…. They never answered or called back! The resident was Banging on every door and trying to walk inside the house!!!! Demanding rent money, at 9:30 at night then around 10 in the morning. Cops don’t come because of the reputation this facility has! Despite the multiple calls from residents. Don’t think anything will be done. We Often hear screaming throughout all hours of the day, you can watch drug addicts waltz up to this place and do drugs right in the front, sometimes with residents ! We’ve had other weird things happen and usually ignore it but I don’t understand what kind of care facility lets residents roam free, as many of them beg on the corner walking in and out of traffic. Engaging in dangerous behavior/activity for their own well being! They don’t answer the phone and I’ve never seen a staff member assisting or watching these residents. I don’t know how this place operates. If you love your family I highly suggest not letting them live at such a poorly run trap house. This place will be the reason we move from our residence because it’s too much! We now don’t feel safe at our home considering people show up at our door all hours. Sincerely a fed up neighbor.

Alot of yelling, swearing & spitting by the residents in the 'dining' area.Not sure if people walking the hallways actually live here or not. Residents have their own room keys but anyone can enter the facilty & roam around.
