I write on behalf of my client who is a new resident at Caruth Haven Court. She's got a pep in her step again! Within just days of moving her in, she has become upbeat and excited to take on her hobbies again. She continues to say how incredible the level of care is and how genuinely friendly and kind and caring the staff is. Thank you Caruth Haven Court!

Caruth Haven Assisted Living has provided a lovely facility for my sister to reside. The entire facility is very comfortable for the residents. They have daily activities to keep those interested active, as well as offering a good menu served in a nice dining room.

Caruth Haven Memory Care truly stands out as a top-notch assisted living facility. From the moment you walk through the doors, you can feel the warmth and care that the staff provides to every resident. The team is not only knowledgeable about memory care but also incredibly patient and compassionate, ensuring that each resident feels respected and valued. My mom was a resident at Caruth Haven Court for a little over four years. The community is a great size - big enough to have all of the resources and amenities, but still feels cozy and homey. My mom enjoyed the on-site salon, the on-site physical therapy, the lovely dining room and food, the activities, and the specially planned outings. While we were there, they made several updates to the downstairs spaces, which turned out great! The staff is wonderful - we loved Kiesha, Joyce, Dee, Annabel, Marty and Billy. The director, Laura, is wonderful, professional and responsive. I do feel like there could be better communication from the director of health and wellness, but communication is not terrible. We were so sad to leave, but my mother needed more hands-on care and attention so we moved to a much smaller care home with only 6 other residents. We will miss all of the people, amenities, activities and community feel of Caruth Haven Court, but this is what she needs now. Overall, we had a wonderful experience.

Getting my parents into Caruth Haven was the best decision we made for then when they began to require more assistance. The staff are caring, they have daily activities, happy hours and weekly field trips to keep them engaged. The grounds are kept very clean, the dining selections are varied and allow residents to choose their meals in a comfortable setting. I have been thankful for the leadership of Laura Allegro, these past years have been a challenge. Thank you Laura, Ms Cynthia, Marty, Carmen, Annabell and Keisha for all you do! Thank you Caruth Haven!
