CASA DE LOS ARBOLES

Can’t say enough about this place. My mother has been in and out of about a dozen caretaking homes and the level of care at Casa De Los Arboles is light years above any other place she’s ever been to. The staff is incredible - Harris, as an example, not only does an extraordinary job taking care of her and making her feel comfortable, he even goes as far as making fun little videos and editing them on his phone to send us as a family and update us on what she did for the day. He has also been doing this for the last couple years. I honestly can’t think of a better environment for my mother, and it is the first place she has ever been to where she talks highly about the staff and treatment instead of complaining. If you are lucky enough to get your loved ones in here, please do. You won’t regret it.

We could not have been happier with the care our father was given at Casa De Los Arboles. Dad was full of gratitude for the day to day with his caregivers. They made sure he was happy and well fed. He enjoyed his room and his television. He had a wonderful room full of sunlight and positivity. His caregivers listened to him and made sure his needs were always met. How we wish Dad was still here to enjoy the kindness and care he received at the end of his life.

My family has been very happy with the care my brother-in-law is receiving at Casa De Los Arboles. The caregivers are compassionate, responsive to the needs of our family member and provide the upmost quality of care. They have adapted to the changing needs of our loved one and treat him with respect and empathy. The caregivers are professional, kind and patient. They communicate well with family and provide updates to inquiries in a timely manner. The caregivers provide encouragement for engaging in activities and assist our family member with daily hygiene and grooming. We feel blessed that we have found this beautiful home for our family member.

Its such a decent place , surrounded by a really good environtment to live for Elderly member. Fresh air, clean house dan well- manage house which is build intended for taking care , hosting and embrace with Elderly member. Doctor , nurse always being involving to visit every 1 or 2 weeks to monitoring the Member condition. Highly recomended..

I'm so happy I moved my father to this place. The intimate setting assures me that my father will get more one on one attention. The home and grounds are beautifully decorated and landscaped. It is always kept clean. It feels like home when I visit. Management is easy to reach by phone and are present in the home often. The staff is soooo very nice and attentive. Home cooked meals everyday. They take very good care of my Dad. That's most important to me. Bonus: management are MDs.
