This retirement community has atleast 5 or 6 buildings of apartments, plus villas that sit across the street from the ocean. Its pricey but you dont have to give up your entire bank account. The dining room is centrally located in the main bldg. Housekeeping staff clean your rooms once a week and do your laundry, if requested.

Picturesque, Established, Family-Friendly, Tree-Lined, Well-Maintained, Serene, Quiet, Quaint, Charming, Spacious, Upscale, Gated, Waterfront, Suburban, Green, Lush, and Convenient, etc…….. All of this definitions are hard to find in one place but Casa De Mañana provided for you!!

Views are nice, but attention to residents are just as good... Casa Loma is great onsite resource, and Health Center/Food all are 5 stars!

Beautiful facility. Lackluster staff. Received a tour and it was very transactional, they didn’t ask who I was touring for or help me understand my options and situation so they could show me the appropriate room types. When I asked to speak with someone who was more knowledgeable, they never got back to me. Poor customer service considering how nice and pricey this place is.

I have been to many different retirement communities in the county and this is by far the best. If you can afford it this is definitely the place to retire. The staff is always friendly and available to help 24/7 with any problem. The food is set up as a restaurant style with two different restaurant options including buffets where they make anything you may want and room service is available. They have three different stores for residents a general store, a clothing store, and a furniture store. Their outings include going to the theater and whale watching. They provide transportation to wherever you wish and dry cleaning. A pool and hot tub is on site. Their housing units are just that houses with a full kitchen, dinning area and patio. Best of all it is directly across from the cove where lovely walks to see the sea lions will brighten your loved ones day.
