Why do you not fix the balcony and why is there no ventilation? This is a crime against these poor people. Tomorrow you will be same situation in the hands of those who take care of you. How cruel. There never gets tired of blaming the workers but we blame the supervisors and owners.

I really liked this place it was the last place my dad lived before he passed away back in 2013. I know the staff was super friendly when I visited him. But most of all I knew my dad had made friends there and they were all nice to him. Thank you for watching over him while he was there.

Becky is so kind as well as all the staff. Everything anybody needs is there and it is really clean. This is a great place.

My sister lives at Casa El Cajon and thinks it adequate there. The people are doing the best they can. Most may very well be Filpinos but I am thankful that there are people who are willing to do the work when families cannot ,or do not, care for their own. What ever race or color they may be. If they did not do this work who would? The pay is not that good, if those who do not want to be there do not have to. As for food, my sister is healthy and apparently eating well as she is quite vocal about any problems and never hesitates to complain.
