I absolutely LOVE Poway Gardens! The staff is incredibly sweet and welcoming. Alyssa was amazing—she thoroughly explained all their services and gave me an in-depth tour of the community. If you’re looking for a clean, caring, and peaceful place for your loved one, this is it. Plus, it’s located in a beautiful area!

Poway Gardens Senior Living has the kindest staff around. Their activities and parties are so fun and lively that I just hope that when I get to the memory care age I have the opportunity to call this place home. If you ever get the opportunity to tour this location totally jump on it, they are of the highest quality when recognizing your loved ones level of care needed and the layout of each home is so perfect. It is exactly the "home environment" I have been looking for in an elderly care location. Let me rave about the activities a little more!!! Scenic drives, art programs, bingo, discussion groups, and PARTIES, PARTIES, PARTIES!! They celebrate EVERYTHING and I never have to worry about my loved one feeling left out of the fun because everyone is included here!!

Poway Gardens would be where I would send my family if I had a need for a memory care center! The staff are amazing and always have a smile on their face. I love that they grow all their own produce for their residents as well as deliver fresh flowers to each resident weekly. They are truly an amazing group of people focused on improving the lives of their memory care patients.

We’re observing positive attitudes and appropriate care here since our parents moved in April 2023. We hear good feedback from other longer-term families we’ve chatted with, often seeing interactions of patience, dedication and compassion from staff here toward the residents. Any time we have questions or need to make adjustments, administrators are typically responsive and communicative. Acknowledging the new reality that independence is no longer possible, we see life at Poway Gardens as an effective improvement for both parents, despite some adjustment blues. One parent moved from not walking to independent mobility after experiencing the schedule of healthy food, timely medication, therapies and activities.

The activities and horticulture program make it shine. They have down all the basics related to housing meals and care that you would find in any above average place. The buildings are light and connected to nature. I appreciate the caring and VERY patient people I have meet there. Memory Care is their focus and I admire their quality of service.
