I put one star because I had to put it if it was up to me,I put zero stars. Yes, this place is beautiful, and that's how they get you with how beautiful it is.But ,they do not care for you like the pamphlet says!! My family member was there, my family member got no physical therapy which he needed badly.He didn't get no activities like it shows on the pamphlet. Regular assessment NO!! THEY'LL MAKE YOU BELIEVE WHAT THEIR PAPERWORK, THEIR VOICE SAYING, HOW NICE IT IS.BUT ONCE YOU GET YOUR FAMILY THERE AND YOU HAVE CONCERNS, NO ONE ANSWERS THEIR PHONES.NO ONE CALLS YOU THAT TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS.I PULLED MY FAMILY MEMBER OUT!!! YES, IT'S BEAUTIFUL THERE. YES IT IS. BUT. JUST BECAUSE IT'S BEAUTIFUL, DOESN'T MEAN THEY TREAT YOU BEAUTIFUL, BE CAREFUL

Dulce went above and beyond to put together a tailored living situation for my dad. She has such a huge heart that is definitely aimed in the right place. She wants to help and have all of her clients cared for exactly how they want and need to be cared for. Her little gem of a house in Fallbrook is absolutely beautiful, quiet, calm and just a serene setting. I would highly recommend her and her place. My dad unfortunately never got the chance to stay there. His time in this world was shorter than we planned for. I truly wish he was able to have enjoyed Casa Zagara with my mom before he was so sadly taken from us. She was there for us during such a confusing, scary, stressful, and emotional time and wanted to help in any way that she could. Thank you Dulce. You're an incredible soul.

Casa Zagara is a beautiful place to consider for your loved one who needs senior care. The views from each room are lovely, and the staff is caring and engaging. The owner has designed the home with safety and comfort in mind.

As a private duty home care owner (Qualicare) it's important to have communities that we can confidently refer to when families have decided that a loved one needs to move to a new location. Casa Zagara is an amazing "board and care" that has a fantastic administrator (Bridgett) who is both professional and caring. Casa Zagara is a beautiful property and the feel of the home is very inviting. I would not hesitate referring families to Casa Zagara.

Casa Zagara is beautiful! Such a great place for anyone looking for a safe, secure, warm, friendly place to live, in a gorgeous setting. Bridgett, the administrator, is such a welcoming and professional presence and makes sure all residents are treated like family. Highly recommend! Linda Larson, RN
