Cascade Trails Senior Living

Mom seems to be much more settled and happy in this smaller community. The staff is very attentive and knows each resident by name and also become quickly attuned to their medical needs as well. When searching for a new home for Mom in the StoryPoint communities, I did note that the cost per month varied by location (and size) of the communities (sites closer to the city were more expensive; smaller communities cost more than the larger communities).

Five stars simply aren't enough! From the moment both my grandmas moved into Cascade Trails, our family has been consistently impressed with the incredible care, warmth, and professionalism of the staff. What truly sets this community apart is the genuine, personal connection that every single team member makes with the residents. It’s more than a job for them, you can tell it's a calling. The community itself is absolutely stunning and impeccably maintained, from the common areas to the beautiful grounds. The sheer number of activities and programs is outstanding, offering everything from art classes and musical events to day trips and fitness programs. Both my grandmas have truly blossomed since moving in, rediscovering old hobbies and making wonderful new friends. There is always something engaging to do, and the staff does a fantastic job of encouraging participation while respecting individual space. The apartment is bright and spacious, with beautiful views that make it feel like a true home. The dining experience is also excellent, with a variety of delicious and healthy meal options served in a lovely restaurant-style setting. Most importantly, the peace of mind this community provides is priceless. The staff is attentive, compassionate, and always goes the extra mile to ensure every resident feels safe, comfortable, and cherished. The communication with families is stellar, which gives us great reassurance. I cannot recommend Cascade Trails highly enough. It is a loving, vibrant community that has completely exceeded our expectations and made this new chapter of both my grandmas’ life a joy.

They had the audacity to charge my family for failure to give 30 days notice for my grandpa..HE DIED! How is he supposed to know when he was going to die. They did not care if he was fed. He lost so much weight due to not getting enough food. Despite the many meetings my family had with the people in charge. He fell a few times and it took them forever to come check on him. I believe 30-45 mins was the longest duration of time before someone finally came after he had already pulled his alarm for help. Their idea of helping him was a bandaid when he needed to be rushed to the ER because of How bad his injuries were from falling. They treated my grandma no better before she passed. Do not recommend this facility. Mind you my family had meetings upon meetings with the director and whoever else was in charge and nothing was ever settled. Cascade trails doesn't care about your loved ones. They care about it their money.

Cascade Trails is a wonderful Independent Living Residence. We have enjoyed living here for 11/2 years. The residents are all very friendly, and are like extended family. The staff working here are outstanding, and caring. Our 2 bedroom apartment is spacious, with a wonderful kitchen area. We are also given a parking space in a heated garage, plus a very ample separate storage area.
