Wonderful caring community! 🤗 I was invited in from a resident to help assist with professional services they needed. Upon arriving, I was greeted with a cheerful helpful employee who helped me with their electronic sign in process. They shared wonderful information about the facility and then guided me to the room of the individual, I was there to visit. The facility is clean, well maintained, and I noticed all of the various activities residents were engaged in and having a grand old time as I made my way through the facility. Just like home 🏠

This was my first visit with my sister, Rebecca, since she moved to Cascade Valley. Her room was spacious and she had storage for all of her belongings. The staff members were very pleasant and answered any questions.

Mom was injured in another facility so I've been cautious and worried with moving her from the hospital. Cascade Valley Senior Living has been, across the board, kind, compassionate, efficient, has all their ducks in a row, and communicates often. The staff are amazing - the level of kindness is special. It's clean and peaceful - so unlike where mom was previously. I absolutely love this facility. Also, the food is restaurant quailty and highly nutritious, which our elderly need. Special thanks to Heidi, the director. She offered help when I was struggling to find a place mom would be safe. I am so grateful. Highly recommend.
