Baybrooke village referred is to Victor for placement on my mother, never was the 1500 fee explained to us out was refundable but to hold the spot for contracts. We where also strongly suggested to pay by zelle from Benita which we refuse. Took them four days for contracts at which time due to their own contracts my mom did not qualify. Will be filing suit

I love being in this place. Beautiful and peaceful. The residents are treated with lots of care.
