This facility is under new ownership. The new name is Re-LAX at Home Residential Assisted Living. The home has been renovated and the new owner is LaVene Smith. Please come see us for a tour and meet the new owner.

The staff were mean and hateful. The house was horrendous. When my daughter stayed there she stated that they had possum in the house. The conditions of this house were terrible.
