Catered Living Of Ocean Pines "A"

My mother moved here from a big facility in the Baltimore area. Upon entering Catered Living, I immediately sensed the charm of being in a smaller more intimate setting. It was clean, odor free and and well maintained. My mother felt right at home there from the beginning! The staff is cheerful and attentive to the residents and their individual needs. They keep family members informed of any problems or needs that their loved ones may have. I have had nothing but a positive experience and can rest easy knowing that my mom is well taken care of.

I recently moved my sister into Catered Living. It was a long search and I was so glad to have found this facility for her. She is being well cared for and is enjoying her new home. She especially loves the food! Couldn't have found a better place for her.

Catered Living is an elegant assisted living, which feels like a bed and breakfast as soon as you walk in the lobby. The staff is excellent. We had a family member living in catered living and it was the best decision we ever made. Catered Living is the best!

I've been looking into this place for awhile the location is great the building looks good for what I seen so far.... I was reading the Freeman review in one thing I can say is she's right I was there with a friend to see there mother and one employee kept coming back and forth in the room and when we left she followed us out to the parking lot. I don't know what was on the plate in the picture just look disgusting....but the day I was there they had sandwiches and look like some crackers you would buy from Dollar tree. I have spoken to the manager there before because she was telling me about how everything works there and how to go about it if I wanted to get my mother in there...but after seeing what I seen the few times that I came with my friend and now I'm reading the Freeman review I believe that me and my brother will pick a different facility for our mother. For the price "Catered Living" is asking my mother should be treated and eating like a Queen and not like a elementary student. I usually don't leave reviews especially not bad ones but after seeing the Freeman review looking at the food that these people are eating it just really disgusts me....

My mom was in another facility that could not accommodate her needs.She needed assisted living. We looked at several Assisted Living in the area. We met with Jackie and Lauren with Catered Living.We were so impressed as soon as we came to our appointment. This was last year when Covid restrictions were in place.We rang the doorbell and Jackie met us outside. We were so impressed by their attention to detail in keeping residents and staff safe with Covid restrictions. During our appointment on the lovely outdoor patio we were blown away by the warmth and compassion that these two ladies described about Catered Living. They made a very difficult decision for our family an easy one! We made the decision that this was the right place for my Mom without even going inside (due to their Civid restrictions). We waited until a room was available. When we came to move Mom in...we were just so impressed by the warm greeting we received and how they made my Mom feel so welcome. It has been six months that Mom has been there.Every time I see her she thanks me for finding "her wonderful place".She is so happy here.The staff are amazing. I praise everyone there.They give all of the residents such personal attention. My Mom feels safe and cared for.She has become more physically fit and engaged. She absolutely loves her new home and friends!!! During Covid restrictions I have been so impressed with the care,the safety measures and protocol that Catered Living implements to keep residents and staff safe and healthy. The communication is terrific.Lauren keeps me informed constantly on any changes in the facility or in Mom's condition. Our family feels so fortunate to have found this amazing caring cottage for my Mom.
