Catering With Love Assisted Living

My dad been here for 5 years since the beginning. He loves the staff the food the house everything remind him of still being home. If I could give this place 10 stars I would.

⚠️ Beware of Catering with Love Assisted Living LLC ⚠️ We entrusted this facility with the care of our loved one, believing it to be a supportive and compassionate environment. Unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected. In May of this year, our loved one fell ill and was never able to return to the facility. We promptly notified the staff that our relative would not be returning for the month of June. Despite this, they kept the full payment for that month. We only requested a prorated refund—not the full amount—and believed this was a fair and reasonable ask. We reached out to the owner, who said they would discuss it with the board. However, we never received a follow-up call, and all further attempts to contact them have gone unanswered. If you truly care about your family member, please consider other options. Find a place that puts people over profits and genuinely cares for the well-being of those they serve.

Unfortunately had to put my dad in an assisted living but thankfully I found somewhere I trusted and he felt right at home. Love the owners, love the house. Love everything THANK YOU

So clean and professional felt just like home when my uncle and I walked in . The staff & owners is amazing and very friendly . They made my family feel the trust , professionalism & care that they promised during our interview . Anyone looking for a place for their family please come here !
