Catherine's Caring Assisted Living

First the place looks nothing like the pictures. They don't clean the rooms between residents or very infrequently clean the other parts of the house. Charged me $20 each time to get me something from the store or the street. Yelled and screamed at me in multiple situations. Threatened to lock me out if I went to store or anywhere. Took all my belongings and got my clothes and other items were piece mealed out to me. When I left to go to hospital she made arrangements with various people in the hospital to P/U my things they would go there and she wouldn't open the door. So to this day she has 2 large totes full of new clothes etc. and a duffel bag and large suitcase and to add insult to injury she stole my bank card and helped herself to $300 plus. DONT send your loved one here and don't recommend this place. One last thing I rode that stair lift and she would say she lost the key to it so I was stuck upstairs. The review from Greg is not true because them two were in a pay to play relationship. At the end she stole all my belongings including 2 of my cell phones both were new. She took them away because I was trying to get help and I called the police about her several times so she took my phones. Just please from my heart stay away there's no assistance in this assisted living.

I would recommend this place to anyone. The care is amazing. Your loved ones will be treated with care here. 💎💎 A1
