My dad received compassionate care at CCC's Memory Care Unit. He lived there three years and passed away Dec 23. I spent the last nine days and two nights of his life with him and was deeply impressed by the genuine caring shown by each and every staff person no matter their role. They partnered with Heartland Hospice and together provided the kind of care I wanted for my dad, especially since he was in no position to advocate for himself. Having the dream team on board gave me great comfort as I know it did him. Special shoutouts to Sister Dibya, Candace, Brandy and Kyla!

We had a great experience touring the facility. The facilities and staff were world class, and our family felt very welcome. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful situation very simple and pleasant.

Catholic Care Center is an amazing place for loved ones!! The staff are great to work with and love their residents. Someone is always there to help you and are consistent. Very much appreciated and recommended.

Only giving one star because zero isn’t an option. This was the worst experience my family has ever had with a care facility. My grandma was there for less than a week before we pulled her out. She is a diagnosed diabetic, and when her blood sugar got dangerously high, she asked multiple times for her insulin. She was ignored. She finally had to walk herself to the nurses’ station, and a night nurse told her she “didn’t even have diabetes” and refused to check her chart or give her medication. That is neglect, and it’s unsafe. Patients are treated like they’re an inconvenience. They don’t help them back to their rooms, they don’t respond to basic needs, and it’s clear many of the staff simply don’t care. I don’t know how people can work in this field with zero compassion. If we hadn’t removed her, I honestly don’t know what would have happened. Please, if you’re reading this, do NOT put your loved one in this place. We will be filing formal complaints, because no family should have to go through this.
