CATHY'S COTTAGE PALMS

The owner and all of her staff are highly competent and genuinely cared about my mother and always attempted to make her feel safe and loved. They allowed me to visit during odd hours due to my work schedule. They one served me dinner with my mom if I was hungry, they occupied themselves with making sure my mother spoke to our family members including her sister in Texas when she called, holding the phone up to her ear as she couldn’t do it for herself. I could call any time 24/7. The home was always clean. Beautiful neighborhood. I would highly recommend this facility/home to anyone who wants peace of mind that their loved one has the very best of care. Thank you. ☺️

Julie and Tom are very kind and professional. I've known Tom for years and he opened this home in honor of his mom who passed from early onset dementia. They are the kind of people who will take care of your family members and treat them like their own. I would most definitley feel comfortable with letting one of my family members live here. 10/10!

Our family will be forever grateful for the phenomenal care our sister/mother received at Cathy's Cottage. She lived there for over 2 1/2 years and was treated not as a client but a loved family member. The patience and understanding the team displayed in helping our family member deal with her physical ailments and dementia was the very best. Thanks again to the excellent team at Cathy's Cottage.

Cathy’s Cottage has been the perfect place for my loved one. The owner Julie is such an amazing nurse. She is so loving, caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. This care home is immaculate and very welcoming right when you walk through the door. It doesn’t feel like a care home, but rather your home.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. I've visited other care homes and this is by far the most intimate, clean, and attentive.. Staff is very friendly and you can tell they really care about their patients. They have a very smooth and easy transition. Very happy!
