You measure the quality of care at an assisted living by how much the staff cares, and the staff at the Bay and Landing could never be rated less than 5 stars. My mother, Stepfather, and Mother inlaw all spent time in the Bay over the past 7 years. Excellent Service. Led by the duo of Kaitlynn and Liz, care comes first followed by sincere compassion for all the people. Our families experience with all the staff was very good. Partnered with Sharon Richardson as my mom's life ended left us with great peace. The facility is clean, food is very healthy as well as tasty. There seemed to be plenty of activities going on. If you care about your elders I would highly recommend the Bay at Elkhart.

It has been 10 years since I have moved in. My daughter and I looked at many places. We knew that I wanted to be closer to the Plymouth area and that we wanted an apartment that had more than 1 room. When we toured Bay at Elkhart Lake we knew we had found the right place. It was exactly what we were looking for beautiful apartments, wonderful people, great meals, and activities all most everyday. I have greatly enjoyed being able to attend chapel services every week which is available to residents of all faiths. Also, the quality of care I have received since moving in has been exceptional. The staff are so helpful and very personable. Special thanks to those who go above and beyond. I am so thankful that I was able to move in so many years ago.

Bay at Elkhart Lake has been my home for the past 7 years. The food is amazing. The staff and residents here are like family to me. Activites keep me busy during the day. There is no other place I would want to call Home.
