This home, and I mean home in the best way, was a blessing to my mom and my family! The care is wonderful, my mom always said she felt like family there. They did a wonderful job of bringing mom out of her room and kept her active, involved, and social. Having mom move from my house to Cedar Creek allowed me to have a mother-daughter relationship, which I was missing being her care taker. My mom ended up having to have Hospice, which again I can’t say enough about how accommodating and compassionate Cedar Creek and all of its workers were through those final days. Cedar Creek allowed my mom to pass. On her terms, with dignity, and loved! I highly recommend this home to everyone I know, again one of the best decisions I’ve made!

Night staff sleeps overnight and can't hear the calls from residents all the time, mainly the owner, as a couple of times, I've heard patients complain about various issues happening during the night and not being able to get help because one of them wasn't hearing the call bells to wake up (the deciding factor for this review). I have a long-time friend residing in this facility who I have visited numerous times, enough to have seen things. It's not a bad place for people who can walk and are independent and don't need much patient care. The facility is in a beautiful location. The residents are all very nice and are a joy to be around.

Amanda, the family and staff took such good care of our father. The compassion showed during his stay will forever be appreciated.

Amanda and her staff took very good care of my father. Meals were delicious, the surroundings were well maintained, more importantly everyone there cared about my father. They were patient, attentive, and treated him with respect. I could call there and ask about his condition any time. Unfortunately Hospice had to be called in, but Amanda handled it and it all ran smoothly. She made the last days of my father's life comfortable, I never had to worry.

Cedar Creek of Hastings is a wonderful place. It’s small and well-maintained. Amanda is the owner and she’s wonderful! I can’t say enough good things. She really cares about the residents and does everything she can to help them.
