CEDAR LAKE VILLAGE

We are incredibly grateful for the wonderful staff and nurses at Cedar Lake Village. We moved my dad from Texas to Kansas, and the entire transition could have been overwhelming, but the staff made the whole process so much easier and less stressful. Everyone is caring, compassionate, and truly dedicated to the residents. The nurses communicate clearly and regularly with our family, which gives us great peace of mind. There are fun and engaging activities that keep residents active and happy, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The facility is conveniently located close to medical care, and transportation is provided, which has been a huge help. We truly appreciate everything they do and highly recommend Cedar Lake Village.

My mother-in-law moved to Cedar Lake Assisted Living a little over a month ago and loves it. Everyone is friendly and have welcomed her with open arms. The nursing staff is skilled and fabulous. The people truly care about each and everyone. She says the food is excellent. They have a variety of activities and she's been getting involved every chance she gets. It's a beautiful facility and she is thriving!

When deciding to make the move from my beautiful farm home in southern Missouri, the feeling of not being in the city was extremely important to me in my selection process. Cedar Lake Village(CLV) provides just that. It is not some large building stuck in the big city. It resides on the outskirts of Olathe with Cedar Lake nearby and CLV has a pond of its own for fishing or just relaxing by the fountain. The residents are very friendly and I feel very welcome. The lunch service is fantastic. They even have a pastry chef. Lots of activities including exercise class, gym, movies and their own worship center. I can't cover everything but after looking at ten plus locations, I found another place to call home. I highly recommend CLV to those looking for an independent living community. Janet Buckman

Visiting Cedar Lake Village is always so much fun. The residents and staff are always smiling! They also have an outstanding life enrichment program that keeps the residents fulfilled.

Cedar Lake Village is an amazing facility. When my husband and I were looking at places to move his elderly parents from up-state New York to Kansas to be closer to family, Cedar Lake checked all the boxes. It provided independent living options, meals, and housekeeping services. The Village also provides options if their health starts to deteriorate, we can easily transition them into assisted living. The Village provides activities and outings for them to be involved in with other residents. During the current pandemic the weekly and sometimes daily updates only reinforce that this is the best place for Eric's parents to be. It is extremely nice to be so close to first rate health care facilities within a mile of the Village. Eric and I would highly recommend Cedar Lake to anyone with aging parents. It allows them to still be independent, but provide much needed services to help them fully enjoy their twilight years.
