CEDAR RANCH AT MILITARY DRIVE

My dad is at Cedar Ranch at Westoverhills in San Antonio. It was a difficult decision to place my dad in a facility. I tried to care for him using help at home and I only lasted 2 months. Due to dementia, he required 24 hour care. I cannot say enough about the dedicated staff. I know everyone by name and the same staff are still working there, which can be a concern. The facility is clean, the staff are professional, dedicated and friendly. They always inform me if there are any concerns with my dad, which I appreciate greatly. Anytime I have a question or concern, I get a rapid response. Heather, the director, is always available to assist with whatever is needed.My dad is well cared for, healthy, clean and safe. I work in the medical field and I know how things should be.He has been at Cedar Ranch almost 9 months. He is 93 years old and a Marine Veteran. We are fortunate to have found such a wonderful and safe place for my dad to live out the rest of life.

Heather, Candi, and their team are very compassionate about the clients they serve. I have had the opportunity to help clients transition to Cedar Ranch and you won't be disappointed. The care team has a passion to serve and provides a welcoming and well maintained environment for everyone.

I've had my inlaws there for 2 years, no complaints, very attentive, caring, clean, no odors, well maintained, high level of compassionate care. Staff is always available to talk. Very secure environment.

Autumn Leaves does not pay their vendor bills. I have been waiting since August of 2018 for a payment. They tell me to call the Dallas location since they handle all of the accounts receivable and payable. I have called there many many times and each time they send me to accounts payable voicemail. I leave a message but NO ONE calls back. I really wish someone would respond to let me know if they are in bankruptcy or not. I found that many of the Autumn Leaves are in bankruptcy or something like that.

My mom went and gee she came back after 4 days with deep cuts on leg and arm, and golf ball size bruises all over body. I had to call the Adult protected services, and police. Not good for are family I wouldn't send my pet there. It does look nice, but looks can fool you, and Kim will tell you just how great it is, believe me when I say DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE THERE
