My former husband spent the last days of his life at Cedar Woods. He was assisted by hospice there and and was treated by the staff in the most respectful and kind way. The owner and manager offered him the most attentive and kind attention. The intake with both the Assisted Living and then TLC Hospice was coordinated magnificently. I would recommend Cedar Woods to anyone without qualification.

Whoever the two ladies employed there that are at the door at this time of day. Both, and I mean both have very bad attitudes. The world is bad enough as it is. I thought I would see a little bit more professionalism. Not out of these two ladies. Keep treating people like that , consequences are yours ladies

Cedarwoods staff is like our second family. They are extremely compassionate and provide excellent care. When small issues do arise they are quickly resolved. Families have 24 hour access to the building and are given the supervisors phone number so you can always reach someone if you need them. I can sleep at night knowing my Mom is in good hands. Thank you

Sending my grandmother to a nursing home was one of the hardest decisions I've ever had to make. I struggled with guilt and worry, questioning if I was doing the right thing. But from the moment she arrived at the facility, I saw the warmth and compassion that surrounded her. The staff welcomed her with open arms, treating her not just as another resident, but as a valued person with a lifetime of stories to share. They took the time to listen to her, making sure she felt seen and heard in a way that reassured me that I had made the right choice. As the days passed, I witnessed how they went above and beyond to care for her. The nurses would check in on her regularly, ensuring her comfort and well-being, and the caregivers treated her with such kindness and patience. It was clear that they weren’t just doing a job – they genuinely cared for her like family. My grandmother, who had once felt lonely and unsure, now smiled more often, participated in activities, and formed bonds with others. Knowing she was in such a loving and attentive place gave me peace of mind, and for that, I will always be deeply grateful.

CedarWoods was our second choice for memory care for my father. Our first choice that we sent him to, had all the bells and whistles, a flashy facade, beautiful interiors, and this is why you can’t trust a book by its cover. We quickly found out that my dad didn’t fit into the mold of a little old lady that is ok to sit on a sofa and watch the Elvis movie. The “care” in health care wasn’t there, until we, “circled back around to our second choice.” Cedarwoods gave my father loving care to the very end of his life. During our 6 day journey of dad’s transition, the aids would come down, and love on him. We heard all sort of stories about him that will be treasured, by me and my brothers. Remember….It’s the care of the workers, and not the beauty of a building. We received 5 star CARE from those beautiful people, until my father took his last breath. We are forever grateful for CedarWoods! Blessings!
