Cedarhurst of Centralia

This facility is an excellent option for a loved one! The staff truly cares for the residents. They are quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The facility is very clean and has a "family" feel. Definitely recommend High Point Centralia.

Recently toured this facility as a possible living option for my Mom.The cleaning staff was doing a thorough job in a room being turned over. Facility overall looks clean, and is well staffed. We were a drop in visit; unannounced. Knowledgeable and willing to answer all of our questions/concerns. Very low pressure.

Having many of the problems I read about on the reviews. Weekly cleaning not done. Telling you they will do something and then not follow thru. Trying to act like everything is ok when you can obviously see it is not. Not much communication with staff members especially when shifts change Need verbal communication as they write it down on a tablet and much of it gets overlooked. Not getting good service for what I’m paying each month.

I am very pleased with the care my mother is receiving. The staff are knowledgeable and caring. My mom has a nice sized room with a private bath. The staff is kind, especially the administrator, Teresa, who is always responsive and helpful with any requests or inquiries. This place has been a saving grace for my mother’s care, if my mom can’t be at home with us, this is the next best place.

We found Cedarhurst to be very beautiful And pleasant. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Everything was created with the residents in mind. The staff and workers are very professional and always courteous and polite. This place gives the resident a feeling of “Touch of Home“ which helps tremendously with their transition to a new place. We could not be any more pleased. We know that Margaret is being well taken care of and that speaks volumes to us. The residents all seem to have a great attitude about them, demonstrating how much they like, and enjoy being there.
