High Point Residence Quincy: Assisted Living, is a wonderful place. It has truly been a God send for my beautiful loving mother and our entire family. Just knowing she is safe and in good hands has been a true blessing, not only for her but our entire family. The staff is friendly, welcoming and always helpful. The facility is clean and well maintained. Mom has made friends within the facility. Knowing she is not alone is so comforting!

Placing our mother at High Point was the best decision we could have made for her. The administration staff were very helpful, understanding and compassionate and the nursing staff and employees take very good care of her. They provide tasty meals and lots of activities to keep her busy. She has made many friends, is happy, healthy and thriving.

High Point has been a great place for my mom. She is happy everday and enjoys having her own apartment with a garden view. She keeps busy doing activities everyday with the other residents. The facility is always clean and smells good. It has a cheery atmosphere compared to depressing nursing homes. The staff is wonderful, friendly and is always helpful with taking care of her needs. I am always greeted with a smile and a friendly hello and also when I leave. They also are always willing to go the extra mile to help make it easier for you. I am at ease everyday knowing that she is well taken care of at High Point.

high point is a amazing place! I am a disabled vet so when it came time to make the hard call and find a place for my mother. high point was my first choice after doing a bit of digging on different facilities in the area. once I took my first visit and experienced how clean the place looked and smelled. i was interested. so now the Hard part right? well that’s what i thought at least as someone in there 30 with no experience at all in regards to health insurance, medicare, and all that jazz. now remind you i’m a disabled vet so most my issue the va handles so ya i was lost in the sauce. well that when high points awesome management sat down with me and explained the in and outs of every thing. turns out they make the process simple and as painless as possible. now my mom in a stable and caring place. visitors can come and go for visits. she has her own apartment so she hit privacy as well. there is not enough i can say about the piece of mind that come with high point residency.

Highpoint is a very home like community. The staff really does get to know each resident. The care is excellent, the staff pays attention to each persons likes and dislikes. This community has all private rooms, which is wonderful. The staff are always interacting with the residents. It is not unusual to see a spontaneous game of noodle ball, bingo, exercise class, music or any number of activities being initiated by the staff. Housekeeping does a phenomenal job. Everything is clean and well kept. I feel that no matter what day or time I go to visit I am always welcome. I could continue to list all of the positive things, but I don't want to run out of room.
