If I were you, I would look elsewhere. They won’t even provide their names. I called today on June 25, 2025 at 12 noon and the lady that answered the phone had an attitude as though she did not want to be working. I asked to speak with a department head and she said they’re not in, and that was it. No, ‘may I take a message or can I transfer you to their voicemail?’ So I asked if I could be transferred to voicemail. She said they don’t have one and still didn’t offer to take a message. I asked the name of the director to make sure I would be leaving what I assumed would be a handwritten message with the right person and the receptionist who, by the way didn’t even provide her own name, changed the subject. After I explained what the call is for I asked are you able to provide me with the name of the director? And the receptionist replied, I am not. How unaccommodating? And you expect people to want to live here?

If I could have given them 0 stars, I would have! The management threatened to DOUBLE rent (which was taken out automatically) the month in which the lease was signed. Which legally she signed the 19th and stated she had till the end of the following month (September 2023). So, I had to bring her to the bank to stop auto pay. They verbally told her MONTHS before the end of the lease that she would have to move out of her 1st floor apartment, because she had gotten better and was able to give up their services, because the 1st floor was reserved for seniors with services. That stressed her out ! Then, when they came around to renew the lease - we found out for the first time that she could have stayed in the same one. By that time my mother had been packing periodically and chose just to leave the stress behind and go elsewhere.They also charged her safety deposit things like $162.84 to replace a perfectly good bathroom door which she had not damaged in any way, $65 to re-stain bathroom vanity, and $135 to do something with the washer/dryer combo. I'm just glad she is out of there and her health is still good and getting better!!!!!

I moved my Uncle into Celebre at the beginning of 2018. While he never made it through to 2019 for various health reasons I really wished he would have had more time here. I visited him every weekend and he loved the interaction with staff and the various neighbors. They watched over him when a genuine concern for his personal happiness and safety which you don't see at many places. After he left he regretted not moving in sooner. Everyone was always super helpful and always quick to respond to any issues that we had. Pricing was straight forward and they helped me with paperwork and anything else that way needed. The building was well maintained and always clean. My Uncle loved the for choices and the daily activities that were provided to keep everyone occupied and busy meeting new people. I will miss the staff here, till we meet again...

I am so very happy I chose to live at Celebre Place. Right now, I'm completely independent, but at the age of 82 was looking for a place which would still be suitable if/when I needed assistance. I feel as though I was very lucky to find this place. The staff is friendly, helpful, and caring. The rent is very reasonable & the quality of the apartments is exceptional. There is a huge supermarket in easy walking distance (and I don't even have to cross a street. There is a veterinarian right across the street. I cannot say enough good things. Once again, I feel so lucky to be living here.

My mother moved into Celebre in Oct 2015. Beautiful apartment! The staff was always friendly and available to answer any questions or concerns. Would celebrate holidays there and the food was outstanding! Facility always looked clean and homey. Very sad that my mother has to live in nursing home now. She loved living at Celebre and I felt great about her being there safe and sound.
