We are beyond grateful for Centered Care and their incredible team! The journey our family has been on is not something we ever imagined, but they were the first to truly love us, support us, and see us. Your compassion, patience, and expertise have carried us through some of the hardest moments and given us hope. You’ve made such a difference in our daughter’s life and in ours as a family. We appreciate you more than words can ever say and will never forget the care and kindness you’ve given us.

We visit with these patients monthly and have formed friendships with several of them. In particular, one of them has made great progress since we started visiting. She could not verbally communicate with us and just today, we had a conversation with her. It brought tears to our eyes. We highly recommend Centered Care. They truly love and care for their patients and it shows.

We would like to thank Centered Care personnel for all they did to support our family in caring for our mother and grandmother. Their loving care and excellent service helped us to keep our mother in her own home for as long as possible, which was very important to her. This provided our mother, along with family and friends the opportunity to experience many priceless memories together in her home. Centered Care caregivers were very accommodating to our mom’s and family’s needs. The caregivers were reliable, dependable, and caring. A nurse was available to contact, as needed. They helped to keep her home nice, clean, and safe. The owners were always pleasant and were focused on making sure mom was getting the best care possible! We are forever grateful to Centered Care for their care, making it possible to bring happiness to mom and her family in so many ways, and this will be remembered for our lifetime! On November 4th 2013 Centered Care changed my life LITERALLY. For the better, that's when Heather Kluemper and Centered Care made it personal. Centered Care made me feel like I was their only client/PERSON. Within that first week I could see and feel my health and personal life getting better! Since then I have regained my health as much as possible. I am a quadriplegic due to a car accident. Also with the help from some other agencies I am a working member of society again. Centered Care is not just a company, WE ARE FAMILY!!!

My care is complex and Optimal has trained new caregivers significantly more hours than other companies that are short-sighted and cut corners on training to keep more money in their pocketbook. I found it exceptional that I was assigned a nurse manager who helped me develop my own care plan that delineates the specifics about my care of which I would like all staff to be aware. This is a brilliant and empowering approach that provides the utmost respect, consideration and autonomy for clients who choose Optimal care. The nurse manager is also available to discuss any concerns or ideas that clients have. I also have a scheduler who has been designated for my case. I really like this approach because it minimizes scheduling errors. Optimal highly values communication with caregivers and with clients. The company is well organized under the leadership of Kevin Collins, Founder and Owner, who is involved on a daily basis in a heartfelt and dedicated manner to provide exceptional care. The schedulers and supervisors meet weekly to go over schedules and assess where they stand with client needs. Communication within the organization to promote optimal client care is emphasized in various ways for the benefit of clients. In summary, Optimal Medical Staffing & Home Care strives to Exceed Expectations, and I am very happy and grateful that I chose them to provide my care!
