Very bad place! So un- professional need better nurses that understand and are willing to help the elderly!!! Get it together

This company continues to put tenants will being secondary to their safety. This company operates without much consideration to the rules and regulations set by the health department. Profits are placed over animals safety and well-being.

I called to find a person. I was on hold for over 20 mins- Everyone, I spoke with was rude, cut me off in the middle of a sentence. Kept putting me on hold, passing me from one person to another- Glad my family Member is not there-I would not after this experience place my family there,

I spoke to the administrator Ronny he is a professional in his field and experienced as well as helpful to my inquiries for my mother.

Really the nurses treat the patients really good but I noticed the food is horrible and uneatable. Allot of he patients have dry skin and smell and also have swollen feet and infections. The care givers are not doing a good job. It's always freezing cold and my sister is always sick. My sisters laundry always ends up going missing. She needs to see a doctor regularly and a dentist but they make it impossible because of limited transportation. I also noticed the cooks are eating most of the food and giving people sandwiches all the time and no real meals. It makes me wonder if the owners are aware or care. We should be treating our elderly better than this.
