I would recommend them at all I’ve seen them senseci was a teen and it’s such a run around and switched my pcp on me without notifying me or even asking and I told them no but they still didn’t listen to me They also are very lazy I’ve noticed and won’t fill your proscriptions when you need them and they never answer there calls and never call you back and also never gave any openings and can’t seem to keep a doctor and these doctors can’t seem to keep there personal life separate from there patients to the point they put there likes and dislikes before there patients it’s saddening go some where else unless you want years of headaches

Collin Zelinsky is one of the best providers ive had - and they had some of the sweetest staff ive met. I have an annoying fear of needles and this is the only place to take that seriously and give me numbing to help. At no point did I feel pressured - and he was incredibly thorough and informative.

I’ve been a patient here since 2021. My whole family & I are seen many times throughout the year. Especially me thanks to the havoc wreaked by Neurological Lyme Disease, among other things. (Please check for ticks & take any bites or strange symptoms seriously!!!) All of us see Dr. Eric Morris, though my youngest will see Dr. Rebecca Payne onas well, who specializes in pediatrics. I have nothing but good things to say & am surprised by the other reviews. I’ve never felt uncomfortable or unwelcome & my provider takes me seriously. No, I don’t always get an immediate email or call back, but any time I need help, they listen. They work with me to coordinate my family’s care. My husband’s MANY blood pressure meds refills? Done without hassle. My kid has an emergency? We’re in. Health crisis due to yet another tick bite? They’re on it 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Ignoring that, my husband had a procedure at a local hospital that was played down by the specialists & nurses there to be completely painless - it never is & this one certainly wasn’t. He was treated like garbage after his procedure, his pain ignored. He was so miserable & could barely speak or move with the pain. I didn’t want to take him back to the hospital just for a repeat. So I called this office & even though Dr. Eric was off that day, he still called us back within a few hours & made sure he was taken care of. He is also the only doctor that’s treated me like a human in the state of Maine & is willing to fight for us to get the tests, care, or referrals we need every single time. Did I mention he always wears the coolest socks? My kids love that. Ok, I also get a kick out of it. (Pun intended) But ya know what? I’ve only had one nurse/staff member in nearly 5 years that was rude (or rather… gave off some real judgey vibes) & I actually never saw them ever again. Everyone is welcome here, no matter your needs. All my nurses & office staff are always so fun, kind, & helpful. Never judgmental! I love their new building updates & child/sensory friendly waiting room. I also love that they don’t turn people away for treatment no matter their ability to pay, they offer social services, & can even send a nurse to my home when needed. As a special needs person with a medically needy family, I’m so grateful for all of it. And I KNOW these guys are overworked, underpaid, & probably vastly under-appreciated. I’d give them massive pay raises & send them all on vacations if I could. But alas, I am poor, so this review will have to do. Either way, highly recommend HFHC if you’re looking for quality care, from people who actually care. Thanks Dr. Eric & team!

Technologically outdated... Old business practices... Tried to get setup as a new patient. They needed me to complete their new patient packet and authorization to acquire my medical records from my prior providers. No problem... except they could only give them to me in person if I stopped by OR if they mailed them. They have "no ability" to send or receive them via email. I can understand not wanting to receive medical paperwork that has been completed via email for the security of protecting private health information, but they can't send a blank paperwork packet. If this is the way they do business, what other outdated processes and procedures do they follow? Do their providers read medical journals and are current on the latest in healthcare? Completely off-putting.

I have been satisfied with every medical professional at Harrington's health center. The reason I changed providers: OFFICE STAFF doesn't return phone calls, don't answer the phone, keep you on hold, don't ever follow through...they are certainly NOT there to help sick people! Trying to refill a prescription? Need medical records? ... nothing, very frustrating. While taking my weight, a worker gleefully recounted to ME, a patient, how busy the phone was and how she just puts everyone on hold "till they go away." Very clever of her. A true health CARE professional.
