Communication with the facility is impossible. Always too busy to answer the phone and don't seem to care about communicating changes in the loved one that is in their care.

Heartbreaking experience — please be warned I would never recommend Timber Town or Chantele’s Loving Touch to anyone. The owner, Chantele Bangs, has shown an alarming lack of compassion or respect for the people in her care. I’ve personally witnessed and overheard her making cruel, joking remarks about residents — even about those who have passed away. It was shocking and deeply upsetting. For years, she’s also allowed her daughter to mistreat staff and create a toxic, fearful environment. The way people are spoken to and treated is unacceptable, especially in a place that’s supposed to provide love and care. No family should have to worry that their loved one is being laughed at or disrespected. Please think twice before trusting either of these businesses with someone you care about.

I am a family member of a resident. The staff has gone above and beyond to care for my mother. The staff also has taken the time to share ideas and provide guidance during the transition process. She has never been social before now she participates in all activities
