My mom recently moved in - every staff member is over the top with caring and customer service toward the residents. The Director, Amy, is an amazing lady with quick solutions to any issue or concern I have which are very very few. The food is very very good. I highly recommend The Inn at Chapel Grove.

Great place! They care for your loved one as if they were family. So many activities that are very thoughtful and provide much joy for the resident and gets the families involved too! Highly recommend!

Very short staffed. Management was very rude, and condescending when asking questions. Facility looks beautiful when you first walked in, but noticed an ant problem in several areas and trash bags left outside many of the rooms. Saw a couple of aides laughing at a resident unable to state clearly what he needed on their "special care unit" which made him very upset and uneasy. The aides don't seem to be trained well.

Comfortable as well as elegant. Spacious and we'll furnished meeting rooms throughout open areas including gardens with lots of green and flowering plants. Happy and courteous staff. Bright and cheerful place to visit anytime.
