Charter Senior Living of Bowling Green

I called them first because of Yracy Chapman who I watched grow up. Then I also got to meet Don Franks, they are tops. The staff is Wonderful and care. About the folks living there. I trusted them with my cousin and her care and they continue to prove I made the right chose!!!! Dwayne Lawrence

Although my mom’s time was brief there, My mom absolutely loved her decision to move into Charter Senior Living and would say she wished she had moved sooner. From the moment she walked in the door she felt at home. The staff and the residents made her instantly feel apart of their family/community. Mom looked forward to the daily activities and loved the food!! Everyone at Charter was so caring and compassionate to our family, during what was a difficult time for us. I would highly recommend Charter Senior Living for any loved one.

We moved my mother to Charter 18 months ago and it has been a wonderful assisted living facility. The process to get her set up there was simple and she made friends immediately. The staff is attentive and friendly, the services to choose from were exactly what we needed to make her retired years comfortable and active. I highly recommend booking a tour and seeing all they have to offer if you are looking in Bowling Green!

Charter and its wonderful staff took exceptional care of my aunt for three years and I can't say enough good things about the care she received. Even after, when nursing home care was required, the staff kept tabs on her, visited her, and kept in touch with family. The staff is full of good people who are always kind and always helpful. The facilities aren't flashy, but the care is what people need. I recommend without reservation.

My aunt has lived at Charter for over 8 years. Since the first day she joined Charter the staff have been absolutely amazing. My aunt has several needs and no matter what the need is, the staff and management at Charter have made arrangements for her care and support. I have many memories of staff going above and beyond for my aunt including bringing her flowers on a bad day, getting her involved in activities, and frequent hugs. My aunt lives in a spacious room that is cleaned regularly. The food at Charter is also fabulous. It's not what would be expected at a facility--it is on another level good! The staff and management at Charter are consistently available, approachable, kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. Jim, Don, Tracey, Aida, Desiree, and countless others are simply wonderful. I cannot say enough positive things about Charter Senior Living! I will forever be grateful to Charter and that my aunt is a part of their family. Sincerely, Julie
